Light and Tasty Salad
3c. diced, cooked chicken
1c. diced celery
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 c. seedless grapes
1 (11oz) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 (2 oz) pkg. slivered almonds, toasted (optional)
Combine first five(5) ingredients; stir well
Cover and chill. Add mayonnaise, grapes, oranges
and almonds to chicken mixture; toss well.
